Our leadership team is composed of 4 amazing people who are dedicated to creating a positive answering experience for all of our clients
Marina has been the owner of Access Answering Service since 1990. Through her acute business acumen and her experience in mergers and acquisitions, Marina grew Access to be one of the largest answering services in the San Francisco Bay Area by the year 2000. Though Marina is no longer involved in the day to day operations of the answering service, she still provides excellent advice to Mariska, her daughter.
If you ask Mariska how long she’s been with Access Answering Service, she will tell you that she’s been there her entire life. Marina purchased her first answering service when Mariska was 2 years old and her first jobs were to run the checks to the bank and highlight the past dues when she was 8 years old. When Mariska was a teenager, Mariska worked as a telephone operator during the holidays and on weekends. After high school, Mariska attended college in the Netherlands and has a Masters Degree in International Business Law and Globalization (LLM) from Utrecht University. Mariska joined her mother in the answering service in 2011 and focused primarily on business development. Mariska has a huge passion for her community and serves as Board Chair for the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army of Solano County. Mariska is also a BNI Director Consultant.
Sara has been an important part of the Access Team since 1998. She is in charge of running the day to day operations of the answering service. Sara has many responsibilities such as helping clients when they have questions about their service, employee relations, and billing. Sara is fantastic at answering clients’ questions quickly. Sara is known for being incredibly friendly and has even received the nickname “Sara Smile” by one of our clients.
Pam has been a part of our team for over 20 years and she loves talking to our clients. Pam is available to assist clients with changes to instructions and can answer questions or concerns clients may have during and after hours. Pam also makes herself available to new clients to ensure that the transition of adding us is smooth.
